Misty is a shareholder with Soha & Lang. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage law, including coverage opinion work, bad faith litigation, coverage litigation and coverage appeals. In this capacity, Misty has counseled insurance companies and represented them in coverage disputes and bad faith litigation for over 15 years. Misty also has substantial experience in environmental defense and continues to represent entities in CERCLA and MTCA related actions. In her spare time, Misty enjoys practicing western martial arts, creating art, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
