David Fisher
David Fisher graduated Phi Kappa Phi from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a B.A. in history. He was also a University Undergraduate Fellow. David recieved his J.D. from Southern Methodist University in 1988 where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers. He is currently licensed to practice in both Texas and Washington. His primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation focusing on products liability and toxic torts and has tried many cases involving asbestos, personal injury, medical malpractice and business disputes.
Prior to graduating from law school, David spent four years in the United States Army and served with the 2nd Battalion, 75th Infantry (Rangers) at Ft. Lewis, Washington. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Airborne School, Ranger School, Jungle Expert School and German Airborne School among others. In addition to being with his wife and son, David enjoys spending his free time outdoors kayaking, hiking and pursuing his hobby of landscape photography. For many years he was also actively involved in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo in its efforts to raise scholorship money for deserving students.
