Soha & Lang, P.S. was formed January 1, 1997 by shareholders Steven Soha, Pamela Lang, Therese Hansen, Lind Stapley and Karen Weaver. The primary focus of legal work at that time was civil litigation with a focus on insurance coverage, medical malpractice defense and general insurance defense. The firm has expanded into other areas of legal practice such as construction defects.
